The deadline for applications for our spring scholarship competition is Friday, April 30 at 5:00pm (CT).
Through the generosity of our donors, the Mosse/Weinstein Center offers a number of scholarships, fellowships, and awards for UW–Madison students in Jewish studies. Funding opportunities fall into two categories:
The latter category includes the Laurence A. Weinstein Distinguished Graduate Fellowship, which has its own application process and deadline.

Please note that receiving an award may affect your financial aid package. To learn more, contact the UW-Madison Office of Financial Aid at email@example.com.
Note on university-sponsored travel:
- Please note that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the UW has suspended university-sponsored travel until further notice: https://businessservices.wisc.edu/disbursements-money-out/travel/travel-cancellation-extended-indefinitely/. Although CJS will consider applications for travel-related activities in the spring competition, we will not be able to disburse funds for any travel purposes until the UW has lifted the restrictions.
