To honor the legacy of Professor Rachel Feldhay Brenner, the Mosse/Weinstein Center has established the Rachel Feldhay Brenner Student Support Fund for Research and Study of the Holocaust. Since Brenner’s passing in February 2021, dozens of colleagues, friends, and former students have made donations in her name.
Open to undergraduate and graduate students at the UW-Madison, the Brenner Award supports Holocaust-related research and study, including study abroad, domestic study programs not available at the UW, research expenses, and participation in conferences. The award reflects Brenner’s own intellectual focus on the Holocaust throughout her extraordinarily productive career.
